Please see below for a list of events taking place during Catholic Education Week (May 6-10) across the CDSBEO. Should you wish to attend any of the events listed below, please contact the school.

Each class will learn the ancient practice of Christian Meditation as a method of calming our minds and bodies and allowing God to be present in our lives.

Wall of Kindness (Prayer)
Each student will be asked to write a prayer or intention that will be added to the Wall of Kindness.

St. Mary Catholic High SchoolAt lunch time (10:35 am) in the main foyer, students will be writing and posting (on our display wall) messages of HOPE. Treats will be given out to students in celebration of the start of the week.

• Throughout the week classes will sign up for outdoor clean-up, to focus on our actions as Stewards of the Earth
• Throughout the week Gr 7-12 students will be writing messages of HOPE to go on the HOPE wall

St. Peter Catholic School“Friday Feels” – A whole school moment of prayer. Each teacher will ask students what most stood out to them during the week, followed by a park visit and outdoor yoga.
Primary students will begin at the park in the am, yoga in the pm.
Junior students will be the opposite timings.
